Abstract

There was no difference between a woman of the age of ignorance and an orphan in traditional era. Women were not given their rights. They were treated just like a tissue paper. Not only women's rights but also her caste was violated. In these circumstances, the Holy Qur'an has given instructions in the matter of orphans under the first traditional meaning. This has happened under verse two of Surah An-Nisa'. In verse three of Surah An-Nisa', the speech has been turned towards the woman. That is to say, he has shifted the focus from the traditional style orphan to the non-traditional orphan, i.e., woman. Only listen and accept them. By Allah, however, it is necessary to rely on the Holy Qur'an instead of personal understanding. And with the help of this, one should try to know the meaning and significance of this verse. Therefore, in verse three of Surah An-Nisa', orphans in the traditional sense do not mean the boys or girls whose father has died. Gender itself is meant to be due to its weakness and incapacity and helplessness. What is the reason for calling a woman an orphan? The Holy Qur'an has made this clear to the scholars through these words. The Haq Mehar, which Allah has made obligatory, is not paid, and the desire is to get as many women as possible into his marriage. Even every non-mahram woman looks attractive. And people want her to be their spouse. But they are unable to pay their Mehar. The process of interpretation without looking at the internal connection of the Shariah and especially the texts of the Qur'an is harmful in many ways. A logical sequence of the evolution of the matter is established by proceeding with the internal connection in mind. And the attractiveness and effectiveness of information and transactions also increases.
