Abstract

This study explores the multifaceted challenges posed by artificial intelligence (AI) concerning employment, analyzing the potential displacement of traditional jobs and the emergence of new economic opportunities. It further examines the application of Prophetic (PBUH) teachings in addressing these challenges, emphasizing the significance of labor, economic justice, skill development, and social welfare in an AI-driven era. By integrating Islamic economic principles with contemporary technological advancements, the research provides ethical and practical solutions for maintaining economic stability and social harmony. The findings contribute to the ongoing discourse on AI ethics, workforce adaptation, and sustainable economic development within an Islamic framework.
