Mental Stress in the Light of Artificial Intelligence and the Seerah of the Prophet (PBUH): Causes, Challenges, and Solutions

Abstract

NseeMental stress is a disease which gets its star due to the human behaviors, ambitions and surrounding atmosphere. The race of luxuries has turned the human society to craving for abundance which is the basic root of human anxiety. Causes of mental stress may be of different aspects such as material, unethical behavior, and psychological, cardiac, practical and family related causes. Only material and immoral behavior related causes and its treatment in seerah perspective will be the focusing point this research paper. Wealth thrust, desire of higher posts and positions, desire of luxury means, business fraud, lack of complacency, lack of interest in spending for the sake of Allah Almighty and debt burden are the main material reasons for the mental stress. These reasons and its impact on the patient and human behavior have been discussed in detail and its treatments have also been prescribed in the light of Prophetic Seerah. Second focusing point of the discussion is the unethical behavior as a reason of metal stress. Malice and stubbornness, jealousy, ungrateful habit, revenge passion, immorality, disappointment, laziness and neglect attitude, hate and filth are the main reasons for this human disease which disturbs the human personality, families and at the end societies also. These causes also have been discussed in detail suggesting its treatment in seerah perspective.
